When I first heard about hypnosis it was through someone who used it to stop smoking and it worked for them, and they had a positive experience. More recently I spoke with someone who had been through the process to help them with their confidence/stress and anxiety after going through some bad life events. I then mentioned it to another friend who told me about you and pointed me to your web site.
My only hesitation is whether it is going to work or not. All other questions I had were answered on the web and when you called me back after I had made my initial inquiry you were very calm and clear on the phone.
I feel more confident, having started a new job I have not felt the usual anxiety about walking in the room of those at a higher level than me, i.e. director level. I feel in control of the silence and not nervously filling the space. I am kinder to myself and less negative. And since Wednesday the battle in my head over eating ‘junk’ food has gone, i don’t feel in like I am denying myself if I don’t have the biscuit chocolate or crisps. Thanks for that 🙂
The drilling down at the beginning to really start recognising what I want to change and why. Stripping my thoughts down and laying them out for examination. Very cathartic.
I am more positive and I am sleeping. I seem to be able to calm myself (my busy brain) very quickly now and I sit better with my shoulders back not curling in on myself.

My college friend as she is very confident and in a senior position at work but her bosses behaviour has undermined her self confidence and she is doubting herself and is having trouble relaxing. You are trustworthy. Something you said at the beginning that is reassuring is that you remain in your chair and you do not move. The TV gives you a false impression of the process and you reassure that it is not like that. Plus you remain confidential.

I have given up smoking since March 2015 with just a bit of a blip in June, but another session sorted that out and I am currently smoke free.
