“How Many Hypnotherapy Sessions Will I Need?”
The number of sessions realistically required for each person depends on the severity of the issue and the commitment from the client.
The approximate number of sessions per issue:
- Anxiety = 6 to 12 Sessions
- Confidence = 4 Sessions
- Depression = 12 to 20 Sessions
- Phobia = 3 to 5 Sessions
- Eating Issues = 4 to 12 Sessions
- Weight Loss = 6 to 12 Sessions
I only work with clients who are 100% committed to the therapy process and do not provide one-off Hypnotherapy sessions.
Let me be honest, Hypnosis is not magic and it cannot make that phobia or anxiety that you have had for decades disappear in only one session. Especially when it is linked to additional secondary gain benefits, which you receive from holding on to that problem.
